1985 BMW M635csi ( Euro Spec M6 )
The car is a real Euro spec M6 that comes equipped with a 286hp M88/3 derived from the M1. For those who are unaware of the euro spec, this E24 is more desirable then the American market m6. The 3.5L m88 powered this car to an acclaimed 178mph making this the second fastest m series car produced. Unlike the American version that had many faulty problems, factory SLS suspension, 500lbs heavier, much less hp, and problematic ac system, the “M635csi” suffered from none of these hold backs.
Car was bought from a BMW Head Foreman Mechanic at BMW South Motors, he has owned the car since 1995 and was only the second owner. Had a full windows out respray in 1998 and still looks absolutely amazing. Still retains all its original BMW glass. Has been meticulously maintained and has had every update and preventative maintenance performed by its previous owner.
Exterior the paint is absolutely beautiful, has a few rock chips on the front valence and a small touch up on the right front fender. Has one small dent on the passenger side… other then those small imperfections it is absolutely beautiful. Cosmetic moditifiactions are limited to only a lowered ride height and real BBS CH wrapped in new Bridgestone potenzas. Interior shows its age but still presents nicely. Front seats have been upgraded to recaros, aftermarket radio has been installed along with an ipod connection. The dash shows a few cracks, but for the most part has remained in nice condition. A/C works cold, all electronics work except rear windows.
You will be pressed to find any older M car that drives nearly as tight, pulls as hard, and handles as good as this m6. This is the ideal M6 if your looking for a daily driver, canyon carver, or just something to show off!
